Remote Monitoring Plans

Our remote monitoring services help you to stay on track as you follow our treatment plan, thus improving control over your health over a sustained period.

All you need to do is:

  • Subscribe to one or more of our diabetes or thyroid remote monitoring programmes.
  • Log in when required, to enter your blood sugar/insulin or thyroid values as instructed.
  • The values will be reviewed and you will receive feedback online.

Through our remote monitoring programme, we can help you stay on track as you follow our treatment plan, thus improving your diabetes/thyroid control over a sustained period. Payments for the programmes can be made online. Call us at +91 9847148000 if you have any questions.

Comprehensive Thyroid Monitoring
This service aims to provide comprehensive care and treatment for the Thyroid patients.
Monitoring health trackers

On subscribing to this package, you will be required to report the test readings for the following trackers.

Trackers Reporting by Patient** Frequency of Monitoring and Review
Cholesterol Report once in a year Once a year
Thyroid Report once in six months Readings will be reviewed and response will be sent online
** General Instructions to Patients
  1. Pregnancy should always be planned ahead. Do TFT at planning stage of pregnancy and during 0, 6,12 and 20 weeks of pregnancy

This service is meant for patients who consult me ( at least once a year)but resides away or overseas.
Monitoring health trackers

On subscribing to this package, you will be required to report the test readings for the following trackers.

Sleep 6-8 hrs a day
Urea Once in six months
Food Have carbohydrate restricted fibre rich 6-7 small meals
Creatinine Once in six months
Blood Pressure Measure blood pressure once in three months Once in three months.
Blood Sugar Measure four point ( 6.00 AM, 12 noon, 3.30 PM and 10.30 PM) capillary glucose levels using glucometer at least once every month Once in a month
SGPT Once in six months
Weight Measure weight once in six months Once in six months
24 hour Urine Protein Only if mandatory
Cholesterol Do complete lipid profile every six months Once in six months
UPC Ratio Spot urine forAlbumin : Creatinine ratio Once in six months
Exercise Do 150 mts of moderate physical activity over seven days spreading across not less than five days
SGOT Once in six months
** General Instructions to Patients
  1. Always try and have six small meals rather than three large meals. Recognise and treat hypoglycaemia promptly
